Cruzaa electric bikes are backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all internal electronic components. Additionally, the warranty includes 6 months of coverage for the battery, offering you peace of mind. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery to the customer and is applicable exclusively within the UK.
It is important to note that the nature of these item(s) makes us unable to assume responsibility for any misuse of the product(s) or associated accessories. Please be aware that the warranty does not extend to cover damages resulting from misuse, theft, aesthetic alterations, paint scratches, general wear and tear, any attempt at unauthorized repairs, or any modifications made to the item, its components, or charger accessories. Furthermore, all original seals must remain intact on the item for the warranty to remain valid.
We strongly advise against any attempts to repair a faulty or damaged item, as this action will result in the warranty becoming void. In such cases, we regret that we will be unable to accept returns or provide warranty support for the item.
Delivery
All of our stock is stored in the UK.
The majority of our orders are shipped the same working day if purchased before 1pm. Your order will be delivered within three working days, as long as the scooter is in stock. You will be sent tracking details for the courier company.
If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, the electric scooter will be despatched on the following Monday.
We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we cannot ship electric scooters to other European countries.
The Electric Scooter Store offer free domestic shipping for orders over £100. This covers the vast majority of electric scooters.
Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however if you are not you can return the item for a full refund within fourteen days of the purchase date.
The electric scooter or item will need to be in a ‘as new condition’ which means the scooter has been unridden, with all parts, manuals and accessories included in the original box and packaging.
When returning the purchase please make sure all items are packed in the original box safely and securely.
